Located west of Surrey and bordered by the Fraser River to the north, Delta has a population of about 100,000 people. Some would describe it as a bedroom community, tucked away from the busyness of Vancouver and Surrey. Delta is a great place to live and raise a family. One of the best places to enjoy the BC coast is at Centennial Beach, otherwise known as Boundary Bay Regional Park, located in Tsawwassen. This beach spans several kilometers and is perfect for swimming with kids. When the tide goes out, you can walk far out into the warm, shallow water. Visitors to the beach enjoy flying kites, bird watching and hiking along the shores of Boundary Bay.
