Grandview Surrey
Grandview Heights was best known as an agricultural community located south of Kensington Prairie and east of Sunnyside. This former logging region remained largely undeveloped until 2008. Over the last five years, the landscape of Grandview Heights has started to look quite different. Several residential and commercial developments have been built around the intersection of 160 Street and 24 Avenue, and there are extensive plans for the future.
Grandview Heights has quickly become one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in South Surrey. The homes are modern and luxurious.
