There are several new subdivisions in Pacific Douglas that have been built over the last five years. One of the newest developments is called Summerfield Homes by Cressey Developments. Although the subdivision sold out a few years ago, some of the homes are now available for resale. These unique craftsman style homes are perfect for the growing family.
